If you are here, you most likely are looking for support. At times, we all need extra support to help us get through life's challenges and enable us to grow. Other times we need guidance to make
changes to build a more satisfying life. The good news is, you don’t have to do it alone.

Together, we can begin a process that will allow you to deepen and enrich your life, your relationships with others, and more importantly, with yourself. My goal as a therapist is to provide you with compassionate understanding and a clear plan for moving forward, whatever this means for you. It may mean finding your way after a life change, healing your relationship after infidelity, recovering from depression, or overcoming anxiety and panic. It could also mean helping you to enjoy life more, regardless of what is happening around you.

In individual therapy, I will provide you with a unique opportunity to deeply explore habits, relationship dynamics and the past as it affects the present. Through this, I will help you create fulfilling relationships with others as well as yourself, maximize balance and minimize stress, create effective boundaries, and build resilience. Therapy is a wonderful way to improve communication and initiate change. I am able to help you identify family patterns and change those that no longer serve you, let go of ineffective behavior and ways of coping, and set clear limits.
